Black Phosphorus 5.0g sealed under Argon in ampoule

High pure black Phosphorus crystals produced by gas phase transport – The highly shiny and very stable crystals have a bluish black metallic luster. You get 4 – 5 crystal clusters from which single crystals can be isolated. By scotch tape method very thin ‘2D-Layers’ can be obtained. These samples are perfecty suited for semiconductor experiments.
